April 2024:
On Saturday, April 20th, the Billy & The Shoemen Trio, with Sarah Raven,along with special guest singers, will perform in honor of our late bandmate, and good friend, Billy Foster at Ponza Italian Kitchen from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. The three piece music act includes Bill Geoghegan on guitar and vocals, Ray Simonelli on guitar and vocals, and Sarah Raven on flute. We have also extended an invitation to some of Billy's favorite profesiomal local singer friends who will come and do a few tunes each in his honor. They include AJ LaSalla, Wendy May, Christine Cook, Shelley Welch, Kurt & Helen, Paula Gallo, and Calliopi. Please come for a wonderful evening to help celebrate his life with us. Ponza is located at 690 Connecticut Avenue.
On Sunday, April 21st, Shelley Welch & Ray Simonelli perform at the Church Of The Nazarene, in Norwalk, from 10 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. The service is given by Pastor Keith Welch. It's open to all denominations. The church is located at 146 Main Street.
May 2024:
On Saturday, May 4th, the Billy & The Shoemen Trio, and also the band Communion, will perform at the 20th Annual Building Hope Foundation charity event at Giovanni's At Waters Edge, in Darien. The event runs from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. The Shoemen will perform from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Communion will perform from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. Please check back for more specific details on this year's event.
On May 11th, Wendy May & Ray Simonelli will perform at Vero Cucino Rustico, in Middletown, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.. We'll be doing eclectic mix of your classic rock, pop, R & B favorites as well as soume country flavored tunes on this night. Come spend the evening with us! Vero Cucino is located at 749 Saybrook Road in the Tradewinds Plaza.

We play from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. We'll be doing many of your classic rock, pop, and R & B favorites on this night. Come spend the night with us! Romanacci is located at 54 Railroad Place, right across street from the Westport Metro North Train Station on the New York/Track #3 side.
On Sunday, May 19tth, an Acoustic Open Mic Event, hosted by Ray Simonelli, will be held at the Ferris Hill Club, in Norwalk, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. This event is open to the public. The club is also marking the date to celebrate the life of Casey Jo Boatwright who lost her battle with cancer. Casey Jo was a frequent patron of the Club, and also Ernie's Bar in Darien so a lot of the regulars from Ernie's should be there as well. Casey was a free spirit and loved music so come on down and play and/or sing a few in honor.. The Ferris Hill Club is located at 46 Ferris Avenue.
June 2024:

Come spend the afternoon and early evening with us! The Pastime Club is located at 59 Seaview Avenue..
On Saturday, June 29th, Wendy May & Ray Simonelli will perform at a private party at a residence in Norwalk. CT. This event is not open to the public. It's by invitation only from the homeowners.
